Chelsey Designs have been re-designing, refurbishing and re-fitting offices and office space for over twelve years in London and the South East. Our designers will analyse the offices, taking into consideration the space available and optimise that space creating maximum working areas, meeting rooms, board rooms, reception areas, kitchens, breakout areas and cloakrooms. We can produce working drawings and 3D drawings in order for you to visualise how the finished design will look and will also produce mood boards for you to touch and feel materials and finishes that we suggest. Your company colours can be taken into consideration and we can match and work with these colours for wall finishes and floor finishes.

Once your offices are complete, we can furnish your premises from leading suppliers or make bespoke furniture to meet your needs, using our own manufacturing company who specialise in commercial and domestic refurbishment and fit out.

We also offer a design and build plan through our construction team, erecting buildings and creating working and living spaces that will surpass your expectations. All of our work is carried out by professionals whose care and attention to detail is first class. Our architects and designers will listen to your needs, re-create your thoughts and aspirations and fulfil your ideas.

At the start of the project, we will agree a finish date and we always work to that date making sure that the project is completed on time. To avoid unnecessary disturbance in your offices and working space, we will, where possible, work around your staff making sure that there is little or no down time causing your company unnecessary disruption. All Health and Safety issues are adhered to and Building Regulations managed by us.
